整體評價，服務不符合時代潮流
1.服務不主動，訂單包含伴手禮，前台不主動提醒，不主動贈送，直到退房仍未收到伴手禮
2.停車不方便，前台入住時兩次強調很快要出停車場需要儘快錄車牌，但是車牌20分鐘仍未錄入，導致出停車場時堵在出口，排班5輛車。
之後每次出停車場均需要在停車場出口致電前台處理才能出停車場，導致每次停車場出口都有後麪其他車輛排班。
另外，停車場入口較小，視線不好，車寬點容易剮蹭
3.前台服務不及時，被子和被套電話十分鐘後仍未送到
4.客房洗澡水温時冷時熱，21點水温很熱。23點到1點，水温很冷。早上7點水温很熱
5.前台流程混亂，已退房退卡，但是前台仍認為沒退卡，需要扣除按金，拒不核查監控視頻，多次主動電話騷擾，這件事又很主動
